Course Description

Ashtanga Yoga 300 hours Teacher Training Course is offered by a team of experienced teachers and exponential yoga gurus. The 300 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is limited to 10 people and it is offered by a team of experienced teachers. This is a comprehensive Yoga Instructor training program, designed in a line with the 300 Hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance.course is designed in such a way that one who complete would be a certified yoga instructor eligible to register with Yoga Alliance and making qualifiying to teach Ashtanga Yoga across the globe.

The Ashtanga Intermediate Series or second series, is known as Nadi Shodhana – meaning Nerve Cleansing. This is because of the focus on backbend asanas. The backbends encourage and maintain the suppleness of the spine and as well as working on opening the energy channels allowing Prana to flow freely.

It is an intense occurrence that helps to develop a firm foundation of inner discipline. The eligibility for this course is a 200 hour yoga teacher’s training course in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or any other style.

Hatha Yoga:

Hatha Yoga is a traditional approach to yoga that brings together asana, breath, awareness, and mindful practice to create balance in the body and mind. Our Hatha Yoga and asana practice focuses on building strength, flexibility, stability, alignment, and a deeper connection with the breath, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Rooted in the authentic teachings of Mysore Yoga, the practice provides a strong foundation for those looking to deepen their personal practice or pursue a path of teaching. It is also an integral part of our Yoga Teacher Training Course, where students explore the principles, techniques, and practical application of Hatha Yoga and asana in a structured and traditional learning environment.
 

 Hatha Yoga is a traditional and holistic yoga practice that integrates asana, pranayama, meditation, breath awareness, alignment, flexibility, strength, and mindful movement to bring balance to the body and mind. for beginners, intermediate practitioners, and aspiring yoga teachers. Through regular asana practice, students develop physical strength, mobility, stability, balance, body awareness, breath control, concentration, and mindfulness. Hatha Yoga forms an important foundation of our Yoga Teacher Training Course, Yoga TTC, 100 hour Yoga Teacher Training, 200 hour Yoga TTC, 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training, and advanced yoga teacher training programs, providing students with a deeper understanding of yoga asana, teaching methodology, sequencing, alignment, pranayama, meditation, and traditional yogic practices. Based in the authentic Mysore yoga tradition, our approach combines traditional knowledge with practical teaching experience, helping students develop a strong personal practice and the confidence to share yoga with others.
